Title: Nano intelligence: Synergistic integration of artificial intelligence and nanotechnology for next generation engineering systems

Abstract

Nano-intelligence, involving the integration of AI and nanotechnology, is gradually redesigning the face of next-generation engineering. We establish how AI's computational frameworks, such as reinforcement learning and neural network potentials, merge the application of nanotechnology's quantum and material science principles enables atomic-scale precision in design and fabrication. Certain technological leaps include AI-driven simulations at 95% accuracy, nanofabrication reducing defects by 40%, and nano-enabled systems with 50% power consumption reduction. These advances underpin transformative uses across healthcare, such as targeted therapy with 95% accuracy; energy, such as supercapacitors with increased performance by as much as 50%; and electronics, including 2-nm neuromorphic chips), materials (e.g., 80% self-healing polymers) and aerospace/robotics (e.g., 15% lighter composites). The present work places Nano-intelligence is a paradigm-shifting convergence that is poised to drive smarter, greener engineering solutions beyond 2025.
