Biography
Eduardo Perez Careta has a bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering, a Master's in Science, and a PhD in Electrical engineering, all from the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. Currently, he is working at the Salamanca refinery, part of Petróleos Mexicanos, where he has been an instrumentation and electrical engineer. He is part of the University of Guanajuato.
