Biography

Razieh is a PhD candidate in Analytical Chemistry at Purdue University, where she develops advanced mass spectrometry–based methods for identifying and differentiating structural isomers of polyfunctional aromatic compounds. Her research combines ion–molecule reaction chemistry with computational modeling to provide mechanism-driven insights for pharmaceutical analysis, environmental monitoring, and metabolite identification. She earned her MSc in Analytical Chemistry, focusing on microfluidic systems for pharmaceutical analysis of biological samples, and her BSc in Chemistry from Sharif University of Technology, gaining expertise in microextraction techniques and inorganic and organic synthesis. Since joining the Kenttämaa group at Purdue in 2023, she has been dedicated to advancing analytical workflows and disseminating innovative approaches within the scientific community.
